Revit Strategies Solutions — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revit Strategies Solutions website, learning platform, and digital products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are

The Services are operated by Revit Strategies Solutions ("RSS", "we", "us", "our"), a division of Hi Tech Digital Design, Inc. Contact: [email protected].

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate account and purchase information and keep it updated.
• Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused.

3) Purchases, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices and product descriptions may change at any time. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the payment provider’s tax rules.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). RSS does not store full payment card details.

4) Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation (If Offered)

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown at checkout or in your account. We provide a straightforward method to cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

• You are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid future charges.
• If required by applicable law, we will present clear renewal terms and obtain your affirmative consent at checkout.
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your then-current paid term unless stated otherwise at purchase.

5) Refunds and Returns

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, unless a specific written refund policy is stated on the product checkout page or required by applicable consumer law.

If a refund policy is offered for a specific product, it will be displayed at checkout and will control for that product.

6) Lifetime / Unlimited Access

Where a product is marketed as "lifetime" or "unlimited" access, this means you retain access for as long as the course is hosted on our learning platform. We may update, replace, or retire content over time. If we discontinue hosting a course, we may provide a reasonable alternative (e.g., migrated access or downloadable replacements) when feasible.

7) License and Intellectual Property

All course videos, lessons, templates, downloads, and related materials are owned by RSS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, internal professional use.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative products from the materials without written permission.
• You may not share downloads or course access with other people (including teammates) unless a multi-seat license is explicitly purchased.
• You may not record or scrape the platform, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in ways that are unlawful, harmful, or abusive, including to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or confidentiality);
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Services’ operation;
• harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate others;
• use the Services to build or support a competing training product by copying our materials.

9) User Content, Feedback, and Testimonials

If you submit feedback, reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant RSS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the Services and for marketing (e.g., testimonials), unless you request otherwise in writing.

You represent that you own or have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10) Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including learning and payment platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those third-party services. RSS is not responsible for third-party services.

11) Educational Disclaimer

Our courses provide educational guidance, workflow strategy suggestions, and best-practice demonstrations. We do not provide architectural/engineering services, project production, or outsourced modeling through course purchases. Results depend on your background, effort, project constraints, and software environment.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN ALL CASES, RSS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RSS FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSS, Hi Tech Digital Design, Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

15) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the platform, or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the materials.

16) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services and update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
