1. Purpose of This Addendum
These Course Enrollment Terms (“Enrollment Terms”) apply to all individuals or organizations enrolling in any course, program, or educational offering provided by Revit Strategies Solutions (the “Courses”).
These Enrollment Terms supplement and form part of the main Terms of Use.
For certain offers or programs, additional terms (such as VIP Founders Terms & Conditions) may apply.
2. Enrollment and Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment:
- Access to Courses is granted through the designated learning platform (currently Thinkific)
- Access is provided to the individual account holder only
- Login credentials are personal and may not be shared
Course access begins as described at the time of purchase or enrollment and may vary by program.
3. License to Use Course Materials
Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials solely for the enrolled individual’s personal or internal professional development.
You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Distribute course videos, files, or materials
- Record, download, or reproduce course content
- Use materials for commercial training, resale, or redistribution
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Revit Strategies Solutions.
4. Course Content and Updates
Course content may be updated, revised, expanded, or reorganized over time to maintain relevance and quality.
Such updates:
- Do not reduce the core value of the Course
- Do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation

In the event of a conflict:
